David retired from Miller Bates in 2018. He joined with Dick Miller in 2015 to form Miller Bates, LLC.
David began his professional career in 1986 with a small family-owned software company. He was instrumental in the design and coding of first-generation commercial tax software products. David also worked closely with the IRS as they implemented the electronic filing program we are familiar with today. He has served on various NACTP committees and as a CERCA board member.
